Our customer service representative responds in a timely manner and our computerized programs insure a high level of customer service follow through and satisfaction.

Computerized Records & Work Orders

Communication is the key to providing good customer service following through, not only are our Customer Service representatives a very integral part of our organization, they are our good will ambassadors and our first impression to our clients so we take every measure available to insure customer satisfaction.

Summarized reports of all customer service calls and work requests for the month are provided to the Board in their monthly Board of Directors packet.
